Here are the terms and conditions of sale. Please read this carefully!
All payment for orders are due with Visa, MasterCard or Discover. All products received by client are considered accepted and in conformance with the original order. Please report any damages or discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt to APLE via phone, fax or email. All packages should be examined closely. APLE will reship/credit any damages at its discretion.
Contact APLE directly for any missing or damaged orders. If you contact the shipper (e.g. UPS) it only slows down the process to get your situation remedied. Incomplete or erroneous address charges which are a result of address correction by UPS or any other carrier will be billed back to the client.
Convenience returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge (only UNOPENED bottles are accepted for returns, all others will be discarded with no refund whatsoever). Sorry, NO exceptions. ALL returns must be made within 30 days of invoice for ANY credit. No credit given after that time.
Flat shipping rates apply to the lower 48 states. For shipments to AK, HI, Canada and other foreign countries please call, fax or email for rates. Higher rates apply for requested premium shipping (eg Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day FedEx). If you use FedEx, the quoted rates are estimates; you will be charged the actual rate (which may be higher), based on final weight and zip code.
